Job Description

As a Product Manager at EcoVadis, you will be working with Ulula Worker Voice products. You will play a pivotal role in integrating and scaling worker voice technologies within the EcoVadis sustainability platform. You will be responsible for translating complex supply chain human rights challenges into best-in-class seamless digital experiences through solutions like Worker Surveys and Grievance Mechanisms.

This role requires a balance of disciplined execution, data-informed decision-making, and strong cross-functional leadership to ensure we deliver high-value efficient solutions to our global client base, while ensuring positive impact on the lives of the workers that use our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Discovery & Strategy Alignment

  • Requirement Synthesis: Lead the definition and scoping of new features by facilitating discovery sessions with Design, Engineering, and subject matter experts. Leverage AI tools to synthesize qualitative data from discovery sessions and market research, enabling faster identification of user patterns and requirement drafting.
  • Problem Definition: Author comprehensive Product Design Documents (PRDs) that clearly articulate user pain points, business objectives, and functional requirements.
  • Evidence-Based Decisions: Partner with the Data and Product teams to validate assumptions through user research and data analysis before moving into development.

2. Delivery & Lifecycle Management

  • Agile Orchestration: Own the end-to-end sprint process. You will manage the backlog and ensure the squad maintains a high velocity of high-quality releases.
  • Roadmap Management: Maintain and keep up-to-date the squad’s roadmap, ensuring it accurately reflects current priorities, progress, and alignment with broader organisational goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new features, ensuring that the final output meets the defined “Definition of Done” and provides high quality user experience.

3. Communication & Internal Enablement

  • Product Evangelism: Present live demos of new functionality to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition and impact of the squad’s work.
  • Release Documentation: Produce clear, professional release notes and documentation to support the Customer Success, Implementation and Sales teams in bringing new features to market, using Generative AI where appropriate.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for the Ulula squad, ensuring transparent communication regarding timelines, dependencies, and risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a SaaS or Sustainability Tech environment.
  • Execution Excellence: Proven track record of managing complex sprint cycles and delivering software products on schedule.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data to monitor product health and inform the prioritisation of the backlog.
  • AI Literacy: Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools (such as LLMs and productivity assistants) to streamline documentation, accelerate market research, and optimise the product development lifecycle.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during a period of post-acquisition integration.
