Job description

Our client is looking for a Remote Operations & Travel Fulfillment Coordinator to support their growing business operations. This person will play a key role in ensuring smooth travel fulfillment, accurate event logistics, and timely communication with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Fulfillment Coordination

    • Manage and process auction travel package redemptions from start to finish.

    Book trips, communicate with vendors, and ensure winners receive accurate certificates and confirmations.

    • Maintain spreadsheets and documentation to track each booking.
    • Provide responsive customer service to auction winners regarding their travel experiences.
  • Operations Support

    • Assist with general administrative and event coordination tasks as needed.
    • Ensure accurate tracking of sold packages and prevent double bookings or errors.
    • Follow clearly defined processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
  • Lead Management Support

    • Help manage and organize incoming leads from our lead generation partner.
    • Ensure leads are properly qualified, organized, and ready for the sales and marketing team to follow up.
    • Track follow-ups and conversion progress.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Fluent in Spanish (a huge plus!)

  • Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or travel booking preferred.

  • A reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable working with a U.S.-based team (PST Time Zone).

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the clientโ€™s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
