We were founded in 2017 to develop an AI platform that simplifies communication and boosts efficiency for property management and healthcare organizations. Our platform uses agentic, machine learning, and conversational AI to automate tasks. Our platform handles communication through text (SMS), email, chat, and voice. Our VoiceAI answers inbound and outbound calls ²⁴⁄₇ with no hold time, supporting seven languages for voice and 51 for written responses. We automate responses, scheduling, and follow-ups, provide personalized experiences, and centralize operations, making us available around the clock. For housing, we offer AI automation for multifamily and single-family property management. For healthcare providers, we optimize patient communication and workflow.

We have raised $360 million in funding. As of 2024, our team of over 40 engineers had released more than 175 new features. We partner with over 600 owners and operators, managing more than 5 million units. One client reported 1.5 million customer interactions annually, 90% automation of prospect workflows, and $14 million in payroll savings because of our solutions. We have 201-500 employees.
