We develop an AI Agent Management Platform for contact centers to automate and improve customer service interactions. Our platform uses generative AI to create AI agents that can talk naturally with customers, and it also helps human agents with AI.
Our enterprise solution manages high-volume, critical customer service for global brands, including Fortune 1000 companies and large German enterprises. It handles various tasks like scheduling, refunds, and recommendations. We specialize in areas such as conversational AI, voice AI, and machine learning, offering chatbot services and messenger automation on a low-code platform.
Founded in 2018 by Malte Kosub and Stefan Ostwald, we have offices in Berlin, Munich, and New York. We built the platform for reliability and scalability, managing the entire AI agent lifecycle from design to optimization. We meet strict security, privacy, and compliance standards, holding certifications like ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 1 & 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and DORA.
