Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- CI/CD: Implement pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) for Python/React services; versioned artifacts; environment promotions; automated testing and security scans (SAST/DAST/dependency).
- Runtime & Infra: Deploy to Azure App Services or AKS (as appropriate); containerize with Docker; manage scaling (HPA/autoscale), blue/green or canary releases.
- Infra as Code: Provision with Terraform or Bicep; network configuration (VNets, private links, egress allowlisting); WAF/App Gateway.
- Security & Secrets: Azure Key Vault; managed identity; least-privilege RBAC; policy-as-code; secrets rotation; vulnerability management.
- Observability & SRE: Application Insights/Log Analytics dashboards; traces/metrics/logs; SLI/SLO definitions; alerting; runbooks; on-call readiness; error budgets.
- Data/ML Ops: MLflow tracking/store; model registry; drift monitoring; feature store integrations; artifact retention policies.
- Compliance & Cost: Tagging, cost allocation, budget alerts; backup/restore/DR plans; change management and audit evidence; ZDR alignment and data minimization for research workloads.
