Job Summary
Supports employee performance through the development of eLearning materials, programs and systems that are current, accurate, relevant and effective. In coordination with Business Subject Matter Experts and other IT Stakeholders design and release training materials to ensure successful long term business knowledge sustainability and user adoption of the solution. The position bears responsibility for implementing the most effective ways of learning in line with the Global Training Benchmark.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and deploys e-learning content based on business needs.
- Develops computer-based training modules in support of the operations positions training, IT applications & processes and other organizational initiatives.
- Develops course-specific job aids and performance support materials.
- Participates in beta deliveries of new courses.
- Maintains the company’s Learning Management System, including:
- Uploading new courses
- Managing learner registrations and progress
- Assisting users with accessing courses and the creation of reports
- Partners with other members of Training Department to develop eLearning versions of classroom and written training materials
- Participates in project teams on a variety of initiatives, including new technology and new products
- Reviews and tests new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new curriculum or program ideas.
- Evaluates and recommends new learning technologies to the organization
- Provides data analytics regarding learner and curriculum success.
- Provides reporting to management on project progression and completion.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience in training materials design or web design
- Demonstrated ability to decompose training requests, to plan and execute training documentation design, analyze proper training formats and delivery methods accordingly.
- Experience in working in LMS platforms and learning design software such as SAP Enable Now.
