Job Summary
As a Renewal Specialist Admin (19907), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generate and update renewal, add‑on, and upgrade quotes, including adjustments for proration and expiration.
Review pricing elements such as discounts, free months, and payment terms to ensure accurate quote details.
Verify data quality and staging within the CRM to support the Global Renewal Specialist team.
Submit finalized opportunities for processing and provide support with custom quotes, onboarding tasks, and tracking personal performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent work and educational experience.
Proficiency using Gmail and Google productivity tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to navigate common web browsers such as Chrome or similar tools.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Customer‑service oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
Capacity to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
