Job Summary
The Senior Designer plays a key role in shaping and elevating Redox’s visual presence across marketing, brand, and communications. This position is responsible for producing high-quality design work that tells compelling stories, supports product and marketing initiatives, and maintains consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, a refined sense of craft, and the ability to scale systems and templates for a fast-moving, cross-functional organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, presentations, events, and social media
- Create visual materials that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Build and maintain scalable templates in Figma, Canva, and G Suite to support distributed teams and ensure brand consistency
- Design and deliver assets for HubSpot (emails, landing pages, automation workflows) and WordPress (site visuals, page layouts)
- Establish and maintain asset libraries, naming conventions, and version control processes
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to produce high-quality visuals for customer-facing initiatives
- Maintain and evolve Redox’s visual identity system, ensuring brand consistency across all materials
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Redox’s brand standards and creative frameworks
Core Design Tools
Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator , InDesign, and Photoshop (After Effects or Premiere experience a plus)
Figma for creative design, system management, and component creation
Canva for developing and maintaining marketing templates used by non-design teams
Marketing and Web Platforms
HubSpot for creating and managing branded assets for campaigns and email templates
WordPress for updating and maintaining web visuals and collaborating on page design
Collaboration and Workflow
Google Workspace (G Suite): Slides, Docs, and Sheets for design documentation and communication
Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello) for tracking design deliverables, collaborating on projects, and maintaining visibility across teams
Qualifications and Skills
- 6+ years of professional experience across brand, marketing, and communication design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and storytelling across digital and print
- Deep understanding of composition, hierarchy, typography, and color
- Proven ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear , engaging visuals
- Experience designing within and contributing to brand or design systems
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfort operating in an agile, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or technical storytelling
- Motion or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or CMS design constraints
- Experience developing scalable brand systems or component libraries
