As a Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in evolving and elevating key areas of our marketplace experience.You won’t just design screens. You’ll shape how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase in a complex two-sided marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end discovery and design delivery for marketplace features within your product pod
- Revisit and elevate key customer journeys across the marketplace — including core experiences, growth loops, checkout, payments, and risk
- Partner closely with Product Managers and engineers to turn insights into shipped features
- Design, run, and iterate on experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable impact
- Translate user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and business constraints into intuitive, high-quality product experiences
- Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making
- Raise the bar for craft, clarity, and commercial impact across the product organization
Requirements
- Senior-level experience designing complex digital products (marketplace experience is a strong plus)
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex flows (e.g., payments, risk, multi-sided interactions)
- Proven experience running experiments and designing for measurable outcomes
- High ownership mindset — you proactively identify opportunities and drive them forward
- Comfort working autonomously in cross-functional pods
- Strong product judgment and commercial awareness
- Fluency in modern design tools and curiosity about AI-assisted workflows
