ennovationHUB is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer specializing in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we sell premium furniture through localized e-commerce websites in the US, UK, and EU.
We are looking for an experienced Social Ads specialist to join our marketing department, to work alongside our performance marketing specialists. This is a data-driven role perfect for someone experienced in primarily Facebook Ads, with a nice-to-have experience with TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
Here’s what you’ll be doing every day:
Scaling High-Impact Campaigns: You’ll manage and bravely scale our large annual budget, driving performance across key campaign types (Conversions, Traffic, Demand Gen).
Creative and Content Testing: Lead our rapid, non-stop creative testing efforts. This means diving into the data, collaborating closely with our design team, and turning campaign insights into the next winning ad concept.
Audience Hunting: Build and test diverse audience strategies - from custom audiences to lookalikes - always finding new pockets of growth.
Data & Attribution Deep-Diving: Go beyond surface-level metrics. You’ll master our attribution models and multi-touchpoint data to truly understand performance and accurately value our investments.
Owning the Results: You own the KPIs. Monitor performance through Ads Manager and our BI tools, turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive real growth.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep a close eye on what our competitors are doing, and make sure we’re always leveraging the latest platform features, AI, and automation tools.
Being a Funnel Fixer: Proactively suggest and back up data-driven improvements for our landing pages and conversion rate.
Requirements
1+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), focusing on conversions/ e-commerce.
Proven experience managing mid-to-high six-figure monthly ad budgets.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
Understanding of e-commerce marketing metrics: ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, and others.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel/Conversions API and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have experience with: TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest
