ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC.

As we scale toward €100m+ annual revenue by 2026, we are looking for two Performance Marketing Specialists (Google Ads) to each take ownership of paid search for one of our core brands and contribute directly to revenue growth. (Note: This is a single role, advertised across multiple locations to reach a broader pool of candidates.)

This is not a junior role and not a “campaign management” position. You will be responsible for performance. That means owning results, making decisions, and improving outcomes, not just running campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and operate with a high level of independence.

What you will do

  • Own and scale Google Ads performance across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max Manage a significant ad budget (up to ~$400,000/month once fully onboarded)

  • Continuously analyse performance and make clear, data-driven decisions

  • Test and improve campaign structure, bidding, and targeting

  • Identify what is working, what is not, and act on it quickly

  • Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and performance

  • Focus on execution, not reporting, not presentations

Important context

This is a performance role, not an agency-style role. We are not looking for someone who:

  • manages accounts passively

  • follows playbooks without thinking

  • focuses on reporting instead of results

We are looking for someone who:

  • understands performance deeply

  • is comfortable working with data

  • makes decisions and takes ownership

High performance in this role requires a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. This includes knowing competitors, their products, pricing, positioning, and how they operate in Google Ads. This is not just a platform role.

Profile

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search and Shopping required)

  • Experience in e-commerce is important

  • Experience managing meaningful budgets (not small accounts)

  • Mid-level profile, not junior, not overly corporate

Commitment

This is a full-time role with full ownership of performance. We are looking for someone fully focused on this role. Managing multiple roles or external client work alongside this position i s not compatible with the expectations of this role. This role requires direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads in an e-commerce environment. Candidates whose primary experience comes from agency work will not be considered.

Location & Setup

We are a distributed company and are open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. Our team is spread across multiple locations, including London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou, with a significant part of the team based in our Belgrade hub. Location is less important than experience and fit. The role requires regular collaboration across teams in different countries, as well as occasional travel when needed. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to be part of building and scaling a company over several years.
