B2B: PLN 120 - 140 / Hour 💰

LOCATION: POZNAŃ, POLAND (hybrid)

START DATE: FROM APRIL

We work in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the value of in-office collaboration. This role involves a stronger on-site presence to support teamwork, communication, and close cooperation with stakeholders.

Scope of services:

Sales Management

  • Full ownership of sales targets

  • Full ownership of sales processes

  • Complex coordination of activities in assigned markets

Sales Development

  • Lead generation through outbound channels (telephone, email, social media)

  • Handling inbound leads according to company standards (quality and reaction time)

  • Coordinating sales processes from lead generation up to sales closing

  • Utilizing Social Selling and Video Marketing tactics to get us closer to our target groups

  • Attending conferences and events in the assigned markets

  • Handling sales documentation according to company standards

Partner Channel

  • Full ownership of Partner Channels Sales

  • Coordinating sales and marketing campaigns in the Partner Channel

Reporting

  • Reporting on plans vs results

  • Reporting on sales forecasts

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Strong background in strategic sales - ABM, big tickets, product creation, partner channel

  • Deep understanding of at least one of the following domains: FinTech, banking, payments, digital assets

  • Ability to articulate clear sales plans for each account

  • Ability to balance relationships and sales targets

  • Full professional proficiency in English

  • Readiness for international travel and offices visits up to 5050

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Asian markets

  • One of the Asian languages at conversational level

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like? 🍀

  1. Video task - we will ask you to complete a quick task. You will need to answer our questions in the form of a video recording. Completing this task should take no more than 15 minutes.

  2. HR Screening with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. During this meeting, you will learn more about the organizational structure, role requirements and culture at Espeo. We would like to understand your motivation and learn more about your experiences and aspirations. (45 min)

  3. Interview with CEO, Przemysław Koper – key stage where you will meet your potential supervisor and learn about the challenges faced by the Sales department. (90 min)

  4. Meeting with a member of the Consulting Department (30 min)

  5. We will ask you to provide 3 contacts who can give you recommendations.
