How You ’ll Make An Impact
- Generate and deliver regular reports, dashboards and performance insights for stakeholders, management and department leads.
- Prepare regular datasets and reports for internal and external partners.
- Assist in providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Utilize and monitor various data cubes and KPIs.
- Support, update, and maintain CRM data (HubSpot or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key business metrics and contribute to automation improvements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- University Degree in Statistics, or other related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in data extraction, analysis, and transformation, ideally working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of payment card products and transaction structures is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and BI tools, with basic SQL skills.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is beneficial.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
