We were founded in 2014 and operate in the financial services industry, focusing on real-time, cross-border payments and card issuance. We are co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore. Our payment infrastructure lets banks, fintechs, and businesses collect, convert, and send funds globally. Our payout network supports 100 currencies across over 220 markets, with real-time payouts available in 100 of those markets to accounts, wallets, and cards. We offer local fund collection in 35 markets. Our card issuance business operates in 34 countries. We hold regulatory licenses and authorizations in over 40 countries.

We offer solutions for licensed financial institutions, fintechs, global payroll, marketplace payouts, spend management, the creator economy, travel, and hotel payments. Our platform includes the Nium Portal for managing payment applications and APIs for functions like funding wallets, money transfers, and card issuance. We also offer connectivity to our network via Swift for transactions.

In 2023, we processed over $25 billion in global transactions and issued 75 million cards worldwide.
