We provide software and data for higher education and independent school advancement teams. Our tools and network of social and demographic data sources help teams create personalized experiences for donors, reach more people, and increase fundraising. In October 2021, we merged with ThankView, a personalized video solution for education and nonprofit organizations. This merger expanded our capabilities for donor engagement. We now serve over 1,700 nonprofit customers, backed by Rubicon Technology Partners. We offer mobile software, direct mail tools, personalized video, and advancement intelligence, and integrate with DonorSearch. Our internal operations span customer lifecycle management, software quality assurance, B2B marketing, full-stack engineering for web applications and APIs, accounting, and data and AI development for donor intelligence and scoring.

Salaries vary by position; for example, some roles offer an hourly rate of $23-$25, others have on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $100K–$130K, and base salaries between $95K-$140K.
