Estate Litigation Partner

We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of an Estate Litigation Partner to join our Estate Litigation Department in our New York, NY office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage caseload of complex and high-net-worth trust and estate litigation matters, including court appearances, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations/mediations, and other estate litigation activities
- Supervise and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level team members
- Actively contribute to business development, networking, and the firm’s growth strategy
- Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold the firm’s high standards or service and professionalism
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in trust and estate litigation, administration, probate, and related private client work, ideally performed within a law firm
- Strong working knowledge of the SCPA, EPTL, and other relevant tax, trusts, and estates legislation
- Prior experience in supervising or managing junior team members, with a demonstrable ability to lead and inspire a plus
- Strong writing skills and experience with motion practice (written and oral argument)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to client service and relationship building

Salary Range: $175- $200K
