About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to own and evolve our end-to-end performance and talent management practices. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving our performance management cycle, ensuring it is clear, effective, and meaningful for employees and leaders alike.
In addition to performance management, this role will play a critical role in strengthening our leadership pipeline by designing and launching our first formal talent review (9-box) and succession planning processes. Over time, this role will also lead the development and rollout of career ladders to support growth, clarity, and internal mobility across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and other People team members to embed strong, scalable talent practices.
What you’ll do here:
- Own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s performance management cycle, including: goal-setting frameworks and timelines, ongoing performance check-ins, and annual reviews.
- Design and launch a structured 9-box talent review process for leadership and key roles.
- Design mechanisms for real-time, continuous feedback and support adoption across the organization.
- Build and maintain succession plans for critical leadership roles, identifying readiness, risks, and development actions.
- Regularly review and evolve talent processes and programs to ensure they are clear, effective, equitable, and aligned with company values and business priorities.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Learning, Development & Culture, HR Operations, Total Reward, and leaders to ensure talent processes are effectively embedded in the organization.
- Develop clear communication, training, and resources to enable employees and leaders on effective engagement with talent initiatives and programs.
- Design and roll out career ladders aligned to the company’s job architecture that provide clarity on progression, expectations, and development paths.
- Facilitate training sessions, as needed.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, HR, or a related People function.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, real-time feedback, talent reviews (e.g. 9-box), and/or succession planning.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy to build and execute scalable talent processes, while influencing and collaborating across teams and leadership levels.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into insights and action.
