OPPORTUNITY

As part of its continued growth, the Fengate Commercial Property Management team is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Property Administrator, to support the daily, operations of a commercial portfolio of properties. This is a hybrid role, based out of the Oakville, Ontario office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices for payment and respond to requests from Accounting & Administration.
  • Distributing memos and communication materials to tenants and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with tenants, vendors, building security, cleaners and various contractors to ensure smooth operation of the property.
  • Assisting with the packaging of meeting materials including agendas, minutes, property management reports and attachments, financial statements and any other meeting materials.
  • Receiving incoming requests for service from residents and responding accordingly.
  • Assist on tenant relation functions and monthly/quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining property-specific emergency procedures.
  • Maintaining key logs and records of fob devices.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post secondary education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a property administration role.
  • Experience with Yardi is an asset.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
