ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Producer to lead the production of our largest experiences. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the production of live events, permanent attractions and/or immersive experiences. The Producer will oversee multidisciplinary teams across technical and operational domains to deliver a compelling, high-quality experience on time and on budget. This role will research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences, as well as play a pivotal role in shaping our event strategy.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal and project management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Employees are expected to be in the Berlin’s office Monday to Thursday with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.

You will:

  • Manage all aspects of events productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
  • Develop and manage event production budgets, optimize resources to achieve strategic goals, and identify revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving measures.
  • Oversee day-to-day production activities including milestone planning.
  • Create and own production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads, designers and external partners.
  • Manage multiple vendors and service providers throughout the entire planning and execution process and ensure delivery of quality services as per company standards.
  • Source and manage the construction consultants and companies for venue remediation of permanent installations (i.e. architects, safety auditors, general contractors, technical providers, set fabricators, etc).
  • In-person oversight of the experience installation process, point of contact for on-the-ground questions and decision-making, attention to detail, and fine-tuning to produce a premium product.
  • Plan and execute all necessary preparations needed to schedule and pass all required inspections to obtain Event and/or Building Permits.
  • Meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments where necessary, and be knowledgeable of local regulations and best practices.
  • Source, negotiate and manage a local staffing agency that will procure staffing needs.
  • Plan and order all needed operational supplies required for show installation.
  • Ensure deliverables are met on time and at the highest quality, with a focus on audience engagement and innovation.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication across all phases of production.
  • Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible yet analytical mindset.

Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in live events and/or experience production industry
  • Professional fluency in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Ability to pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way in a fast-paced environment
  • Have an innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions in production
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and production issues such as permitting, rules, and regulations
  • Understanding of technical production requirements and basic knowledge of fabrication processes
  • Have a strong network of vendors and venues
  • Curious, with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
  • Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on
  • You’ll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions

You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly. We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired hard or soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.

This role is located in Berlin.
