We offer a 100% Buyer Guarantee, our Vivid Seats Rewards program (where you earn on every purchase), and in-app features like Game Center to win credits or tickets. Our platform ensures secure transactions and full-service customer care. We’ve processed over 100 million ticket sales. We use our own software, advanced search, CRM, and analytics to make buying tickets easy. We’re also expanding internationally, developing new products for both buyers and sellers, and improving our technology.

Sellers can list tickets for free; we charge a 10% fee after a sale. To sell with us, you need to live in the U.S., have a valid PayPal account for payments, and provide a valid credit card.

We also offer SkyBox, a free, cloud-based point-of-sale system. It helps professional resellers, individuals, season ticket holders, and corporations manage and sell their ticket inventory. SkyBox integrates with other marketplaces, has pricing tools, reporting, and ticket management features to prevent double sales and boost profits. Our Large Seller Program provides specific tools and support for high-volume sellers.
