The role
As a Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact sponsorship strategies. You will drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence by identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships with external organizations, brands, and events.
What you´ll do
- Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and industry influencers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
- Lead a team of sponsorship professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Identify emerging trends in social media and entertainment to articulate strategic opportunities to clients.
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster client relationships.
- Highly skilled in crafting slide decks, written pitch materials, and presentation delivery.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement for this position.
- Deep knowledge of brand partnerships and brand experiences with a strong contact list (desirable).
