Your Responsilities

In this dynamic role, you’ll shape the employee experience across two vibrant European offices, combining strategic HR partnership with hands-on impact. You’ll independently manage the full HR spectrum for our Paris office while partnering closely with a local HR admin colleague to support our Brussels team.

  • HR Operations & Lifecycle Management: You support employees through every career milestone—from crafting employment contracts and maintaining personnel records to creating seamless onboarding experiences and managing transitions with care and professionalism, all while ensuring robust data protection.
  • Payroll & Benefits: You oversee end-to-end payroll processes for Paris in partnership with our external payroll providers, ensuring flawless execution and full statutory compliance. (Belgian payroll is managed by your local HR colleague.)
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: You will adapt corporate policies, processes and initiatives to meet local regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with local laws, drawing on external legal counsel as needed.
  • Culture & Engagement: You play an active role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture, supporting employee well-being and development initiatives.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement: You contribute to exciting regional and HR projects, such as HRIS implementation (e.g. HiBob), process harmonization, and the rollout of new benefits and and engagement programs that position us as an employer of choice.

What You Should Bring

  • Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in France, ideally also with responsibility for employees other European countries (preferably Belgium), ideally in a multinational professional services environment. Furthermore, you have a strong understanding of French and ideally Belgian labor law, employee relations as well as experience in French HR Operations.
  • Education: You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Approach: You are hands-on, collaborative, and able to balance operational excellence with strategic thinking.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and listening skills, strong organizational and prioritization abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Language and IT Skills: You are fluent in French and English. You are comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools (ideally HiBob or similar), and you are proficient in Microsoft 365. Travel: You are willing to travel regularly to the Brussels office.

What We Offer

  • An international and inspiring work environment
  • Diverse and varied tasks with room for independent work
  • Structured onboarding and individual support from experienced colleagues
  • The opportunity to actively contribute to processes and help shape the implementation of new ideas
  • An engaged, collegial, and growing team with strong team spirit and mutual appreciation
  • A corporate culture that combines professionalism with a supportive and respectful atmosphere
  • Extensive opportunities for personal and professional development
  • Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work remotely up to two days per week

You don’t meet every single requirement? Don’t worry! Studies have shown that some groups, such as women or people of color, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification. At FGS Global, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. So, if you’re excited about this role and our company, but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
