The Talent Delivery Specialist (TDS) plays a critical role within the Talent Delivery team, responsible for implementing talent recruitment strategies as designed by the Talent Advisor (TA) and/or Customer Success Executive (CSE). The TDS translates the TA/CSE’s client strategy into actionable workflows for the delivery team, ensuring complex coverage commitments are met. A proactive operational role, the TDS molds, monitors, and maintains talent pools and service territories with a critical eye, a pension for constant improvement, and an understanding of the field service technician. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged, initiative is rewarded, and collaboration is a must. This role is part of the Bangladesh team and reports directly to the Manager, Talent Delivery.
What you’ll get to do:
- Work under the direction of the TA/CSE to develop best-practice recruitment strategies.
- Design and deliver custom networks as advised by the TA/CSE based on each buyer’s goals, going beyond standard approaches to creatively address unique needs.
- Analyze coverage gaps, talent shortages, or skill needs and build agile, scalable micro-strategies to close those gaps.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align efforts, drive adoption, and ensure customer success.
- Maintain a Marketplace Provider intra-team partnership with Network Development, Provider Onboarding, Provider Experience, and Marketplace Compliance to align internal or company initiatives, increase provider adoption and retention, and deliver value to our customers.
- Leverage data insights to guide decision-making and measure program performance, adjusting proactively to improve outcomes.
- Identify trends within recruitment campaigns to provide the “so what?” insights that help the TA/CSE shape future client consultations.
- Navigate ambiguity and think critically to identify solutions even when an immediate path is not clear, championing a solutions-first mindset.
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of each recruiting effort.
- Contribute to the evolution of recruiting programs, testing and refining approaches that improve scalability and delivery effectiveness.
- Support the resolution of escalations and critical issues, serving as a key stakeholder in client success and experience.
- Maintain internal documentation and assets to support transparency, consistency, and learning across the team.
- Influence the ongoing development of talent delivery tools and product improvements based on buyer and provider feedback.
You might be a good fit if you have:
