About FINN
We started FINN in 2019, offering monthly car subscriptions. Our all-inclusive subscriptions aim to make car ownership simpler by taking care of the usual struggles and commitments.\n\nWe manage all vehicle operations, including infleeting and defleeting, working with OEMs, licensing authorities, and compounds to get cars ready for customers. We also develop our customer-facing products, focusing on testing, improving, and optimizing them in a serverless environment.\n\nOur team creates and optimizes content for our blog, landing pages, product pages, campaigns, and newsletters, all with a focus on SEO. We also manage our social media channels on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit to create content and grow our user base. We also work on improving our visibility on search engines and AI discovery platforms through SEO strategy, keyword analysis, and technical SEO.
Mission & Values
Our mission is to simplify how people get around. We want to help individuals who enjoy driving their own car but want to avoid the struggles, commitments, and unclear costs that come with ownership.\n\nWe also offer a more environmentally friendly mobility option by funding climate protection projects.
Team & Culture
We are a company with 201-500 employees, working in a fast-paced startup environment. Our culture encourages continuous learning, and employees receive a personal development budget. We work on challenging projects across different teams.\n\nOur Customer Service Team Leads manage teams of 5 to 10 agents. They focus on helping team members grow, stay engaged, and feel confident in providing reliable service. This includes coaching and using key performance indicators to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Benefits & Perks
We offer our employees a personal development budget, typically between €1,500 and €3,000 annually, along with a significant virtual equity share in the company.\n\nWe support flexible work, including partial remote work within Germany, flexible hours, and temporary work from other EU countries by agreement. For roles based in Munich, employees often have the flexibility to work remotely for about two days per week. We also provide relocation support, including full visa support for those moving to Munich.\n\nEmployees get special FINN benefits, like discounted car subscriptions through JobAuto, Family & Friends rates, and an employee discount on our cars. Other perks include subsidized gym memberships (EGYM Wellpass), mental health support, a kindergarten and daycare allowance of up to €300 per child per month, a bike leasing program, and corporate pension options.\n\nWe organize regular team events and work from modern offices. Remote employees come to Munich for onsite weeks two to three times per year.
