About the role

We are looking for a Network Account Manager to drive the growth and success of Fixico’s body repair network in Germany. You will be the key link between Fixico and our repair partners, ensuring that every workshop thrives on our platform and that the network continues to grow in quality and performance.

In this role, you will combine strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset. You will onboard new repair partners, support them in achieving their business goals, and help them get the most out of the Fixico platform. You will also identify new opportunities for expansion and help Fixico build a market-leading network across Germany.

What you’ll do

  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with Fixico’s repair partners across Germany.

  • Onboard new partners and ensure they are fully set up for success on the Fixico platform.

  • Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Assess uncovered regions and ensure nationwide coverage through strategic partner acquisition.

  • Support repair partners in using Fixico’s digital tools to improve operations and achieve better business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to scale Fixico’s presence in Germany.

  • Drive partner satisfaction, product usage, and retention.

  • Identify and act upon new business opportunities to expand Fixico’s network.

Requirements

What you bring

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Fleet Manager, or in a similar role.

  • Experience in the automotive industry or with body repair shops is a big plus.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a talent for building trusted relationships.

  • Fluency in German and English.

  • A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to developing new opportunities.

  • Familiarity with cost calculation software is an advantage.

  • A curious, open-minded, and collaborative attitude.

  • Willingness to travel within Germany to meet partners and drive network growth.
