We were founded in 2016 by brothers Juan and Julian Alvarez. We developed a customer experience platform for logistics providers, like freight forwarders and customs brokers. Our platform brings their services and systems together into one customer portal. This lets shippers book, track, and manage their entire supply chain.

The platform takes data from ocean, air, FTL & LTL, and customs shipments, turning it into easy-to-understand statuses and timelines for shippers. It also includes warehousing data. Key features include shipment, trucking, and order tracking, quoting and booking, inventory management, analytics, in-app messaging, and document sharing. Providers can customize the portal with their own branding.

We work with freight forwarders and customs brokers in 15 countries and have raised $50M in venture capital. We employ over 100 people.
