About the Role
Weโre seeking a Junior Designer to support our design team in developing and maintaining design systems across our digital products. While working on design systems will be your primary focus, youโll also have the opportunity to contribute to other design tasks as part of a cross-functional team.
This role is an excellent fit for someone whoโs starting their design journey and is especially interested in developing skills related to design systems, UI consistency, and scalable product design. You donโt need years of experience โ what matters most is curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow in this area.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Support the team in maintaining and expanding our design system (components, tokens, documentation)
Help create and update UI components in Figma
Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistency across products
Assist in documenting usage guidelines and component behaviors
Participate in design reviews and learn from team feedback
Stay updated on design system trends and best practices
Your Profile & Skills Required
Excellent knowledge of design tools, especially Figma
Understanding of design principles such as consistency, hierarchy, and accessibility
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Curiosity about how digital products are built and how design systems work
Eagerness to learn and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Good communication in English (B2 level)
Portfolio showcasing your work (it doesnโt need to include commercial projects โ personal, educational, or exploratory work is welcome)
Nice to Have
Some experience working with design tokens or components
Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Untitled UI, Ant)
Exposure to front-end basics (CSS, HTML)
