About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join a high-impact, interdisciplinary digital project for a major Arabic-market client. This role is fully embedded in the project and plays a key part in shaping its analytics strategy, ensuring data quality, and turning insights into meaningful product and business decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with UX Researchers, Designers, Developers, Product teams, and Arabic client stakeholders as the dedicated analytics lead for this initiative, acting as the primary analytics partner on the client side.
Responsibilities
Lead the analytics stream within a complex digital program for an international Arabic-market client
Define digital analytics strategy and success metrics or KPIs aligned with business and product goals
Develop strategic analytics roadmaps aligned with other workstreams and client initiatives
Design and oversee data collection, validation, and interpretation processes
Combine behavioral, product, and research data into actionable insights
Partner closely with UX Research, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize user experiences
Build and maintain a close working relationship with the client team
Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
Build dashboards, reports, and data narratives to support decision-making
Promote data-informed culture across product and design teams
Requirements
4โ6+ years of experience in product analytics, UX analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis
Mandatory experience working on international projects, ideally in cross-cultural or client-facing environments
Experience owning or leading the analytics workstream in complex digital or product initiatives
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Hands-on experience with BI tools, or analytics platforms
Strong background in behavioral data analysis (funnels, cohorts, experimentation, A/B testing)
Ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights (UX research, usability testing, discovery)
Proven experience working in cross-functional teams (UX, design, engineering, product)
Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
Fluent English (C1+), and Polish
High level of ownership, autonomy, and strategic thinking
Nice to have
Experience in MENA-region digital products or services
Experience working with Middle Eastern / Arabic-market clients is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with tools such as Clarity, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory, Python/R
Knowledge of GTM will be a strong advantage
Experience designing and running experimentation programs
Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau
Interest or experience in using AI/ML tools to enhance analytics workflows
Background in UX Research, Product Management, or Service Design
