Founded in 2002, we provide cloud-based computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and on-site services. Our solutions are designed for healthcare system professionals, including Facilities and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) teams. We manage over 650 million sq. ft. of hospital space annually.

We’ve helped develop best practices for on-site data collection and standardization, which organizations like the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) have adopted.

Our CMMS/EAM platform, now part of Ultimo, includes features like:

• Work order management
• Space management
• Virtual reality
• Intelligent analytics
• Compliance management

Applications include mobile apps for technicians (Inbox), Capital Planning tools, and eBinders for organizing compliance reports and dashboards. We also provide asset data collection and verification services and CAD documentation.

While our main focus is healthcare, our CMMS/EAM platform also helps:

• Education facilities (K-12 and higher education)
• Public sector agencies (local, state, and federal government)
• Industrial organizations (commercial manufacturing, gas & oil, natural resources)

Our platform integrates with third-party systems from vendors like Johnson Controls, Kronos, Partsource, ServiceNow, and Cynerio. We have a 99.7% customer retention rate, operate in 48 states, and serve clients in 11 countries.
