We also offer capital planning tools, such as reports on yearly trends, asset types, costs, and funding, as well as asset replacement cost management. Our platform includes work order management, preventive maintenance, interactive mapping, and reporting dashboards for facilities and maintenance data. We also offer facility condition assessment services to capture asset data and create data-driven capital plans.

Founded in 2012, we serve K-12 districts, colleges and universities, government buildings, and municipalities. Our software helps over 2,000 organizations and is used by more than 400,000 professionals.
