Generate:Biomedicines

We are a therapeutics company that combines biology, machine learning, and biological engineering. We use Generative Biology™ to learn how nature encodes protein function and then design new medicines based on those rules. Our Generate Platform helps us develop protein-based drugs faster and with a higher success rate.

We aim to expand what’s technically possible in medicine. We have late-stage respiratory programs for conditions like asthma and COPD, and also work on immunology and inflammation. We also develop clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategies for our programs and maintain our cloud and DevOps infrastructure to support our machine learning and computational biology research.

We work from over 140,000 square feet of space across our Boynton Yards and Andover locations. So far, we’ve generated, built, and tested over 42,000 proteins.

We are dedicated to making biotherapeutics widely available and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare. Our main priorities are to significantly improve R&D productivity through innovation, maximize our platform’s impact by generating data and forming strategic partnerships, and create a pipeline of life-changing medicines.
