THE ROLE:
Join the Genius team powering fan engagement with smart ads, AI-driven broadcasts, epic stats, and gamified experiences.
We’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to keep our sportsbook clients running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond to client queries and resolve issues quickly, clearly, and to a high standard
- Prioritise and solve problems raised by colleagues across the company and parent company
- Support fellow Support Analysts, escalating to the Development Team when needed and keeping clients informed
- Build and maintain a knowledge base of known issues and solutions
- Escalate issues you can’t resolve, with clear context for the next team
- Monitor systems and flag anything unusual
- Handle confidential information responsibly
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Strong verbal and written communication, English B2+
- Experience in customer support, ideally technical support
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgement on when to escalate
- Able to multitask and stay accurate under pressure
- Comfortable with MS Office, online research, and our internal tools
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, T-SQL, backups, and networking
The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €1910 to €2550 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group’s benefits plan.
