Team mission

Our mission is to provide outstanding and scalable support to supply partners in delivering unforgettable experiences to our mutual customers. As a part of one of the three teams constituting the Supplier Enablement pillar at GetYourGuide, the Principal Model Operations team focuses on inventory back office operations including acquisition, onboarding and maintenance on Principal Model products.

Your mission

  • Maintaining day-to-day operations which drive growth for our inventory and improve the content of our product.
  • Address and resolve issues related to our digital ticket warehouse and collaborate with Sales to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Identify and proactively address process improvement opportunities within the team and across other departments.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to streamline operational workflows, implement automation, and measure the impact of improvements on performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders by presenting data-backed recommendations and ensure timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines.

Your toolkit

  • Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, Customer Care, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve complex challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent data analysis capabilities to drive strategic decisions.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments and with external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring prioritization and timely delivery of tasks.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in another European language is a plus (French, Italian, or Spanish).

This role is a ~ 1+ year fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
