Team mission
We’re looking for an experienced content production manager with a strong influencer marketing background and a sharp operational mindset. You’ll own the end-to-end production engine for creator-led content: from creator selection and briefing to delivery, QA, approvals, and reporting.
This role is for someone who loves the craft and the system, who can build repeatable, scalable, and increasingly automated workflows that allow our creator content program to grow in volume and quality. You will play a key role in scaling content production for one of the world’s largest creator communities by owning and executing our content strategy.

Your mission
- Select and manage community creators based on campaign goals, audience fit, and content quality
- Write detailed briefs that define objectives, messaging, formats, deadlines, and deliverables
- Own the end-to-end production process from creator selection and reach out through final delivery
- Build and continuously improve standard operating proceduresfor briefs, reviews, approvals,, and asset delivery.
- Design workflows that scale across creator tiers and markets
- Manage production timelines, approvals, and revisions to keep projects on track
- Review creator submissions and provide actionable feedback to improve quality and brand fit
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on priorities, deadlines, and final asset requirements
- Track project status, flag risks early, and resolve production bottlenecks
- Maintain organised workflow documentation and content delivery records.
- Support reporting on delivery status, content volume, and production efficiency.
Your toolkit
- 4+ years of experience in content production, influencer marketing, or adjacent roles
- Proven success running end-to-end content production operations with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent writing skills (briefs, feedback, process documentation) and strong judgment on content quality
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes - not just execute them
- Comfort working cross-functionally.
