About Goalbook
Since 2011, we have partnered with school districts nationwide to help students improve their learning. We provide Goalbook Toolkit, a tool that helps special educators develop higher-quality Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and use effective, specially designed instruction.
Goalbook Toolkit helps educators create data-driven present levels, measurable and standards-aligned goals, and implement research-based instruction. It includes assessment resources, editable narratives, screeners, probing questions, research-based strategies, implementation tips, and progress-monitoring assessments. A new feature called Threads uses AI to summarize disability research, improve IEP coherence, and evaluate IEP quality.
We also offer implementation onboarding, program evaluation services, professional development (in-person, online, and virtual), and full-time customer support.
We have partnered with over 1,100 districts across 47 states, with more than 83,000 educators using Goalbook Toolkit. Studies from Johns Hopkins University and WestEd show our toolkit improves instructional practice, teacher effectiveness, and student outcomes. CASE endorses us, and we have a research-based product certification from Digital Promise.
School membership starts at $5,150 per year, and district membership has custom pricing.
