We provide an AI-powered embedded insurance platform that allows tech platforms, SaaS companies, and marketplaces to offer insurance directly to their users. This helps protect users from risks associated with using these platforms.

Our infrastructure supports various embedded insurance programs. We guide companies to build solutions that are efficient, compliant, and profitable. Our platform handles everything from licensing and compliance to claims, customer support, real-time data, purchase experiences, and integrations.

Our goal is to make insurance a seamless and trusted part of the user experience. This allows platforms to grow revenue by offering relevant and affordable coverage. We also have Tint Studio, where we develop and launch custom embedded insurance programs in partnership with MGAs and underwriters.

Tint was founded in 2018 by Matheus Riolfi (Co-founder & CEO) and Jérôme Selles (Co-Founder & CDO), who previously worked together at Turo, a peer-to-peer carsharing platform. We specialize in machine learning, risk management, external data, the sharing economy, insurtech, fintech, and specialty insurance. Our main focus is serving the insurance industry, especially within Transportation & Logistics.

Our mission is to make protection a feature, not a separate product. We do this by embedding insurance and assurance solutions directly into the brands customers use, providing coverage for risks within the checkout process.

Our compensation package is competitive, comprising a base salary, equity, and options for FSA and 401(k). We provide comprehensive healthcare, covering 100% of medical, vision, and dental premiums for employees and their dependents.

We host twice-yearly in-person retreats in locations such as Barcelona, Playa del Carmen, and Mallorca.

Salary ranges vary by location:

• Tier 1: $120k-$180k
• Tier 2: $110k-$162k
• Tier 3: $102k-$150k
