Our goal is to make insurance a seamless and trusted part of the user experience. This allows platforms to grow revenue by offering relevant and affordable coverage. We also have Tint Studio, where we develop and launch custom embedded insurance programs in partnership with MGAs and underwriters.
Tint was founded in 2018 by Matheus Riolfi (Co-founder & CEO) and Jérôme Selles (Co-Founder & CDO), who previously worked together at Turo, a peer-to-peer carsharing platform. We specialize in machine learning, risk management, external data, the sharing economy, insurtech, fintech, and specialty insurance. Our main focus is serving the insurance industry, especially within Transportation & Logistics.

Salary ranges vary by location:
- Tier 1: $120k-$180k
- Tier 2: $110k-$162k
- Tier 3: $102k-$150k
