  • Establish strong governance, ensuring effective management of performance, risks, issues and decision-making.
  • Provide strategic advice and reporting to senior stakeholders to support informed investment and prioritisation decisions.
  • Maintain the program business case, ensuring costs, benefits and risks remain robust and aligned to delivery.
  • Manage program finances, ensuring value for money and realisation of intended benefits.
  • Lead risk, issue and dependency management across the program and related initiatives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead organisational change to support adoption and readiness.
  • Collaborate with key enabling teams to ensure integrated and coordinated delivery.
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, quality, safety and compliance across all program activities.
  • Optimise value from underutilised assets and ensure master plans evolve with program outcomes.

About you
