Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Engineer who can prototype, build, and ship marketing campaigns at unprecedented speed using AI tools and no-code platforms. This role is for marketers who can turn ideas into functional lead magnets, landing pages, and campaigns in hours rather than weeks using tools like Lovable, Cursor, Gumloop, and AI agents to do the work of an entire team.
You’ll be a builder who uses conversational AI to create 20 landing page variations, spin up interactive calculators, automate competitor monitoring, and test different brand vibes, all in a single afternoon. You’ll own the full stack: strategy, execution, and iteration, with AI as your copilot.
Key Responsibilities
Build interactive lead magnets and marketing tools using no-code AI platforms (Lovable, Replit, Bolt) without writing code like ROI calculators, assessment quizzes, etc
Design and deploy AI workflow automations using Gumloop, n8n, or Zapier to handle competitor monitoring, social listening, SEO audits, lead enrichment, and campaign triggers
Launch full-funnel campaigns across paid social, email, content, and organic channels using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate copy, creative variations, and messaging angles
Orchestrate AI agents to automate repetitive tasks: drafting social posts from blog content, monitoring brand mentions across social media, scraping competitor sites for intelligence
Test rapidly and iterate on brand voice, messaging, and creative approaches running experiments that would traditionally require weeks of agency coordination
Own campaign analytics and attribution: set up tracking, diagnose performance issues, and optimize based on real-time data
3-5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated ability to execute campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
Proven experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing work: ChatGPT/Claude for copy and strategy, Midjourney for visuals, or similar tools
Hands-on experience with no-code building tools like Lovable, Cursor, Replit, Bolt
Experience building workflow automations using Gumloop, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms for marketing use cases
Strong understanding of modern marketing channels: paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), paid search, email, content, SEO
Experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and ability to set up conversion tracking and attribution
Self-starter mentality with bias toward action (comfortable shipping imperfect v1s and iterating quickly based on results)
Creative thinker with strong intuition for brand voice, cultural trends, and what resonates with audiences
Excellent written communication skills and ability to create compelling copy across formats
Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
