Job Description
We are seeking an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership efforts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing, creator relationships, community building, and performance-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
Build and nurture a strong creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement and relationship management.
Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting, and paid partnership campaigns.
Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high-performing content.
Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue, and key growth metrics.
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing
Experience managing influencer campaigns including outreach and negotiation
Strong understanding of creator platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, ShopMy
Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
Experience working with DTC, eCommerce or similar brands preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously
Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
