Job description
We are seeking a Paid Marketer to support our paid efforts across Google, Meta and TikTok. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid campaigns that align with business goals
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
Analyze campaign performance data, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI
Craft compelling ad copy designed to drive clicks and conversions
Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and landing pages
3+ years of experience in a media buying role
Proficiency in Meta, Google, and TikTok paid advertising channels
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creation
Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
