Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Marketing Coordinator is expected to be collaborative, results driven, organized with a keen attention to detail. They will work with a range of clients within and beyond the marketing department at NM. In this role, they manage projects and/or create marketing materials to learn fundamentals of marketing.

The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position within the Marketing division, reporting to a Manager. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will support the manager and team managing project intake, work-flow and completion, or projects as assigned. They are expected to be collaborative, results driven, and with a strong attention to detail.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the manager in the execution of assigned/identified projects:

  • Achieve identified goals of specific tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Identifies and communicates continual improvement ideas toward their assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of comparable experience.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of healthcare industry and academic medical centers.
