We provide mental health and substance use care through in-person and telehealth treatment options. Our services include intensive outpatient programs (IOP), individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We help with challenges such as substance use and addiction, depression, anxiety and stress, trauma and grief, mood disorders, and anger management. We offer specialized programs for Veterans, First Responders, LGBTQ+, and Cancer patients.

Our care is personalized, evidence-based, and in-network with major insurers, including Veterans Affairs, Elevance Health, UPMC, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, EmblemHealth, Medicare, Massachusetts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amerihealth, and Independence Blue Cross. A third-party study found that clients who used our services experienced significant overall health benefits, including a 62% reduction in emergency room utilization, a 39% reduction in all-cause hospital admissions, a 75% reduction in medical hospital admissions, and a 20% increase in primary care visits. Established in 2016, we operate in the Northeast. Our virtual services are available in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We have physical locations in New Hampshire (Manchester), New Jersey (Paramus, Princeton, West Deptford, West Orange), New York (Hauppauge, Queens, Syosset), and Pennsylvania (Doylestown, Greensburg, Langhorne, Philadelphia).
