At Weekday, great imagery starts long before the camera clicks. As our Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our studio production runs smoothly from planning and preparation through to final delivery.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced creative environment and who knows that strong coordination is what enables great results. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across photo- and marketing studios, assortment, and merchandising team, to secure efficient workflows, clear priorities, and high-quality output. If you’re someone who is organized, flexible, collaborative, and motivated by keeping many moving parts aligned, this could be a great opportunity to join Weekday and contribute to how the brand comes to life online.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate and plan photo shoots together with relevant stakeholders, ensuring an efficient production timeline, optimized workflow, and smooth delivery of final content.
  • Participate in assortment handovers and ensure that key focus areas are reflected in the production and styling planning for each quarter.
  • Coordinate reshoots needed to strengthen sales in our channels, working cross-functionally with Merchandising team, Assortment and other relevant teams.
  • Prepare and coordinate shoots by prioritizing and selecting products, managing set list preparation, and making sure all garments and products are ready ahead of shoot day.
  • Support the day-to-day studio flow through production administration, product check-in, and coordination across ongoing productions.
  • Handle garment preparation, such as steaming when needed and contribute hands-on to securing the quality and readiness of products in the studio.
  • Manage post-production related tasks such as style-with input for studio shoots, and support garment logistics in close collaboration with the Product Coordinator.
  • Contribute to creating structure, improving ways of working, and building clear processes and documentation that support an efficient and well-functioning production flow.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by bringing the brand values to life through your collaboration, service mindset, and commitment to high-quality execution.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Assortment, Photo- and marketing studio, Merchandising team, while also working day-to-day with Coordinators, Stylists, Art Buyers, Retouchers and Art Directors to secure a smooth and well-functioning production flow.

We are looking for people with…

  • Previous experience from a coordination, production, studio, or e-commerce environment where planning, structure, and administration have been key parts of the role is a plus.
  • Confidence working with administrative tasks and digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
  • A good understanding of how studio, product, and post-production workflows connect, and the ability to coordinate across several stakeholders at the same time.
  • The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, adapt when plans change, and keep work moving forward without losing structure or quality.

And people who are…

  • Collaborative and service-minded, with a natural ability to work closely with others and help the team move forward.
  • Structured and efficient, with strong organizational skills and the ability to create clarity among many moving parts.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented, comfortable adjusting to new priorities and finding practical ways forward.
  • Action-oriented and proactive, someone who takes initiative follows up, and doesn’t wait for things to happen.
  • Responsible and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership for both process and delivery.
  • Communicative and confident in coordinating across teams, ensuring alignment and momentum throughout the production process.
  • Motivated by learning, developing, and growing in a broad role with a lot of exposure and responsibility.
