Founded in 2012 by regulatory specialists and software developers, we provide compliance solutions and software to organizations. We help over 45,000 clients nationwide manage entity, licensing, and tax compliance across various industries like architecture, engineering, construction, pharmaceuticals, and nonprofits. Our offerings include software modules such as Entity Manager, Records Manager, License Manager, Tax Manager, and Requirements Research Engine, all powered by our Compliance Core™ algorithm, which reviews company data against regulatory filing requirements. We offer managed services to handle entity registration, licensing, and tax registration, including application preparation and renewal tracking. Clients can also choose our software-as-a-service model for in-house compliance management or a hybrid approach. Our services cover all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and select Canadian provinces for registered agent services. Services include Foreign Qualification, Registered Agent services, Annual Report filings, General Business License support, Payroll Tax, Industry License management, and Sales & Use Tax registrations.
