We are a national document filing service based in Houston, Texas, founded in 2004. Since then, we’ve helped over 1 million entrepreneurs form C Corporations, LLCs, S Corporations, and Nonprofit Corporations.
Beyond incorporation, we provide Registered Agent services across the country. We also offer IRS filings, corporate kits, compliance assistance, and other startup services. In 2019, we introduced a $0 LLC formation service (plus state fees).
Currently, we are building an AI-powered operating system for entrepreneurs. This new system will improve customer experience, enhance compliance intelligence, and help us expand sales and partnerships. It involves using AI for document extraction, automating regulatory monitoring across states, and supporting various internal and customer-facing functions.
