Job Description

We are now looking for a high performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Medical Device client . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded client while also enjoying the support of the Harrier team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality talent outcomes for a wide variety of roles. You’ll:

  • Have Sales recruiting experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
  • Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent intelligence, sourcing strategy, and campaign management in sectors with sales talent attraction being a core focus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Talent Partners and hiring managers.
  • Effectively collaborates with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Continuously improves sourcing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Enhances candidate experience and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Excels in creating and managing strategic sourcing channels for various role types.
