Harrow

We founded Harrow (NASDAQ: HROW) in 2012. We manufacture pharmaceuticals for the North American ophthalmic healthcare market. We provide ophthalmic disease management solutions, giving eyecare professionals accessible and affordable options for patient care.

Our portfolio includes essential ophthalmic medications, a specialized compounding business (ImprimisRx), and a growing number of branded therapies. We began generating revenue in April 2014 with our compounded intraocular injectable steroid and antibiotic. Since 2021, we have offered both compounded and FDA-approved products.

Our products treat ophthalmic conditions affecting the front and back of the eye, such as dry eye disease, wet age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, refractive errors, glaucoma, and various ocular surface and retina diseases. Specific branded products include DEXYCU® (dexamethasone intraocular suspension) 9%, IHEEZO™ (an ocular surface anesthetic), VEVYE® (a water-free formulation for dry eye disease), and TRIESENCE® (a triamcinolone acetonide injection). We have expanded our portfolio through seven acquisitions, adding 17 branded and 2 biosimilar products.

We manufacture and distribute compounded products from a facility in Ledgewood, New Jersey. This facility is licensed in all 50 U.S. states and registered with the FDA and DEA. We relocated our corporate headquarters to Nashville in 2019. We also invested in and later deconsolidated subsidiaries like Eton Pharmaceuticals, Surface Pharmaceuticals, and Melt Pharmaceuticals. We retain equity stakes in Surface (20%) and Melt (~46%), and royalty rights in Melt’s flagship product, MELT-300.
