Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (B2C) to own and scale our demand generation engine in a fast‑paced, high‑growth start‑up/ scale‑up environment.
This role is hands‑on and performance‑driven, with a strong focus on paid and unpaid media channels (PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing) to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI.
Reporting to the Commercial Director – Consumer, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth, working closely with internal teams and external partners to build, optimise, and scale B2C digital campaigns.
About the Role
- Own and execute B2C demand generation strategy across paid digital and unpaid channels
- Plan, launch, optimise, and scale PPC campaigns (e.g. Google Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as relevant
- Develop and grow a high‑performing affiliate marketing programme, managing partners, networks, and performance
- Continuously analyse performance and optimise campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively in a high‑growth environment
- Test, learn, and iterate - A/B testing creatives, landing pages, audiences, and messaging
- Work closely with brand, product, data, and commercial teams to align acquisition activity with wider business goals
- Grow customer lifetime value with suitable initiatives/ programmes in collaboration with Product and other functions
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and platforms as required
- Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practice in B2C growth marketing
About you, Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 4 years’ of hands‑on experience in B2C demand generation within a start‑up or scale‑up environment
Strong practical experience managing paid media including:
- PPC / Search
- Paid social
- Affiliate marketing
Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels while maintaining efficiency
Highly data‑driven, comfortable analysing performance and making insight‑led decisions
Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance
Comfortable working at pace, with ambiguity, and evolving priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Desirable:
- Experience with scaling high volume products with different business models including subscription
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience managing paid media agencies
- Expertise with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, attribution platforms)
- SEO expertise
