We develop an AI Care Partner to automate administrative tasks for clinicians. This allows them to focus more on patient care by handling documentation, form filling, and task management. Our products act as an AI medical scribe, transcribing consultations, generating structured notes, and simplifying clinical workflows. We offer these AI products as enterprise SaaS solutions to hospitals, health systems, and large practices.

Heidi supports over 2 million consultations weekly, operating in 110 languages across 116 countries. We were founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2019 and have raised $96.6 million USD from global investors like Point72 Private Investments, Blackbird, Headline, LocalGlobe, Possible Ventures, and Archangel.

We comply with international standards such as NHS, HIPAA, GDPR, and Australian Privacy Principles. Our security is enterprise-grade with SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications.
