Hello Sunshine

We are a media production company founded in 2016. We create stories with women at their center, aiming to broaden perspectives, empower women, and help them shape culture.

Our work includes scripted series and films, unscripted and reality content, books, and podcasts. Some of our scripted productions are The Morning Show Season 3, The Last Thing He Told Me, Tiny Beautiful Things, Daisy Jones & The Six, Your Place or Mine, Truth Be Told, Something From Tiffany’s, From Scratch, Surface, Where The Crawdads Sing, Little Fires Everywhere, and Big Little Lies. Our unscripted and reality content includes Meet Me In Rome, Love In Fairhope, Surf Girls, Wynonna Judd – Between Hell & Hallelujah, Meet Me In Paris, Making the Cut, Fair Play: The Documentary, The Home Edit, Best Friend Energy, Eat the Book, Meet My Mom, Story Scouts, OneThingWell, Shine On, and Handmade*Mostly.

Beyond screen content, we run Reese’s Book Club, which features books centered on women. We also support brands like Busy Betty and The Road Map, and produce The Bright Side podcast. We build communities like The Home Edit, The Organizing Society, and Fair Play, which focuses on gender equity and women’s well-being. Additionally, we partner with Drop of Sunshine wines and engage in brand partnerships to connect women through entertainment, storytelling, commerce, and community.

Our mission is to change the narrative for women by putting them at the center of every story we create, celebrate, and discover. We aim to empower women by giving them authorship, inspiring their agency, and providing a platform to help them shape culture and the world.

We believe stories can broaden perspectives and bring about change for women. We see ourselves as a community of storytellers, creators, and optimists who support women’s voices and work as cheerful agents of change.

Our team has between 51 and 200 employees. We foster a culture where we act as a community of storytellers, creators, and optimists. We are passionate about amplifying women’s voices and stories. Our team works to support women with unique experiences, helping them to challenge norms.

We bring diverse perspectives together, united by our shared goal of changing the narrative for women through storytelling. Our team members believe that connection, creativity, and humor can make the world a better place and inspire lasting change.
